neh i believe different monarchs can work for diff meta. also the leverage of the deck is that its dragons so even if ur monarchs sux, ur dragosack and big eyes dont C:

Something in the dragon deck you can use your normal summon on :D
and if the Dragon Rulers and Monarchs work too well, we'll probably see it 6 months at the TCG at most before banhammer falls on dragon rulers...
