New list

Im fine with the new list.

So to keep it short and sweet:

1) Machine Karakuri ownage soon

2) Psychics ownage, as Mind Master the Substitoad is not banned.

3) My Debris Sabers are safe

4) End of Book of Moon Warning format. Now its just 3 copies only, which will become immediate staples to everyones decklists. My Hyunlei is very happy =)

5) Infernity ownage soon too. Michael Bonacini's new deck.

6) GB officially dead. Sort of.

7) Where is heavy storm? However im not as insistent on Heavy Storm now that Books and Warnings are curbed.

8) Banning Goyo Guardian was a very smart move. Makes Blizzard less effective

9) Gravekeepers are less powerful with 2 less Books and 1 less warning and 1 less Tribute. However they will still be played.

10) Time to have fun with triple Chaos Sorceror =) One of the better lists ever.

New replacement for Mass Driver: Cannon Soldier

Exceed Summoning looks beast. The black artwork is nice! Im liking the 2 cards, exceed energy and exceed effect. Generate good one for ones whenever you exceed summon.

Especially exceed effect. It destroys one card on the field. Gemini Spark anyone?
Aspiring King Hope no.39 is a one turn or two turn Necro Guardna.

Why are GB's dead lol?

They got Forbidden Lance.

Also, Book at 1 means that yes, they can't run over big monsters as easily (use Enemy Controller?), but it also means Test Tiger plays will be stopped less often (by book or warning)

Konami have made a couple more decks that are capable of competing with Samurais this format. I think Konami have done a good job in creating new possibilities and not simply crippling every deck that wins.

I was a bit surprised that Kizan stayed at 3 but the main talk should be on Goyo.

lfn- OOps might have kinda blabbed without thinking.

but theoretically, this is my argument:

they lost 2 book 1 warning which is alot of protection that gave it alot of versatility as a full control deck.

they do not have either cold wave or heavy storm anymore to facilitate gyzarus plays, although with less books and warnings theres slightly less need for storm.

and the test tiger plays are not as strong compared to other plays that can be made by other top tier decks, just sayin

Sean- yeah!

I seriously predict infernity and i really think that OCG should collect their archfiends and invest in it.

come september, when extra pack is released, a seriously fast summon swarm deck that can drop trishula, mist wurm and have many rescue cats in their deck + 3 free solemn judgment must be feared!

for the meantime, its machina karakuri plant that we should be scared of =) yes Cyber Dragons FTW!!!!!!!!

i also think goyo was not as scary and brionac deserves the ban treatment more but this has indirectly neutered blizzard plays.

kizan probably at 3 due to marketting strategies
