i will not recommend anyone to play this card.
but heres an idea:
negates:
1) Firefist- tenki
2) verz- lance
3) hero- everything
4) hengjohnson.deck- miracle + mask change flying around
5) kills retarded burn countdown decks
6) dark world- gate

why would you can do this when u can just shock rulerrrr

Because Cursed Seal's effect lasts until the end of the duel, while Shock master lasts only 1 turn? :-O
cos who would wanna side smtg ungeneric, situational, and risky like cursed seal .
